How can I track the status of my order?

In order to track your orders, please login to the Shopify store. On your login page, go to your order status page "My Account". Under "My Account" go to "Orders", this should help with order tracking.

The order number and the tracking number are two different entities.

The order number is a reference number that shows proof of purchase. It can be used to reference the transaction between the customer and the seller if the customer's package is lost.

The tracking number is a digital fingerprint that helps customers track their packages in any country or region.

If you can't find the order number and tracking number, please check your mail message!!!
