It has a maximum welding capacity of 0.5~50A and features a continuous adjustable (fluctuation) welding machine that allows for precise positioning. This innovative method also allows for welding necklaces with a diameter of 0.3mm or longer without damaging pearls or jewels. With its black and red wire connections, and the use of argon gas through an adjustable pressure-reducing valve, this spot welder is easy to operate and delivers precise results. You can also sharpen the welding needle on a grinding wheel for even more precision, and the needle should be at least 5mm out from the welding connection with a diameter of 0.1mm for optimal performance.

Operation steps：
1. Connect to electricity and power on
2. Adjust power by turn the knob, rough set scale ranges from 1-1.5, accurate scale ranges from 7-8.
3. Clamp the workpiece, the workpiece can not touch the welding needle directly, the distance between them is better than 0.5mm.
4. Step the pedal, then move your feet from it, welding is finished.

Do not step on the pedal for a long time, just step it 1 time then move off immediately. Long time step on the pedal, the machine will short circuit, even burn out inside Electricity
